Thank you so much for your support!
The estimated shipping date for your new Windowfarm is August 27, 2012. This has been updated from the original March 2012 estimated ship date. We do wish we could have gotten you your windowfarm in March or April, but we ran into one of the common engineering issues in the manufacturing startup process. We have had to do some work on the molds that produce the parts. The project on Kickstarter was to get the first batch manufactured. We thank you very much for your patience. For the summer, find a way to grow outdoors and your windowfarm will be there just when the farmer's markets start to close for the winter! You'll be growing during the off-season in your toasty indoor garden.
We will notify you individually by email when we are ready with an alternative payment vehicle for those of you who did not pay for shipping on Kickstarter.
Unfortunately, no. Windowfarms will not be available for pick-up locally. We do not have a New York warehouse. Windowfarms are being shipped from the last factory in their assembly process, which is in Pennsylvania.
The bags have shipped. If you have not received yours, please contact customer support.
You will be notified by email closer to the ship date. If you have not received any updates from us thus far, our emails may be going into your spam filter. Please search for windowfarms in email and take steps to make sure our emails are not flagged as spam in the future. If you gave us an unreliable email address, you may change it here.
The answer to this and other questions like what to plant depend on factors specific to your situation. This is why we have established a customizable digital windowfarming experience. Please visit the unique web page we sent to your email address. If you did not receive this email, first check your spam filter for emails from windowfarms. Then contact customer support.

YES! We have kept the promise and are grateful for your support in helping this possible. We are working hard to document how Windowfarms will be made. It will take us some time editing to get this footage out to you and manufacturing has our full focus. So stay tuned!
