Domestic Shipments

Batch 1 of new Windowfarms will ship in AUGUST 2012 The kits are currently in production so we do not have any to send you yet. Your purchase now is a pre-order that will ensure you get one of the first batch produced.

Please provide a 24/7 reliable delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided has someone available at all times to accept packages. If you sometimes have trouble receiving packages from UPS, please arrange to have your windowfarm or seedlings shipped to a friend's home or workplace. Windowfarms cannot be responsible for returned packages. Historically, it has costs us 3-5 times as much management time to deal with returned packages, increases costs of windowfarming for everyone, and is wasteful of our natural resources. As a small team with a big environmental mission to fulfill, we ask the courtesy of your cooperation on the responsibility for delivery. Thank you.

International Orders

International sales, including Canada are NOT available at the moment. We are still setting up the relationship with our new shipping partners. However, we are expecting to launch international sales soon! Please leave your email address in the blue banner at the top of this page if you would like to be notified when international sales open.

Assembly Instructions

We do not include printed assembly instructions in our kits, but instead provide a web link to the instructions online: http://windowfarms.org/kits-guides. You can read more about why here.

Returns

Returns within 30 days only if parts are damaged or missing of your package acceptance. Your account will be reimbursed within 60 days of our receipt of damaged equipment. Please contact info@windowfarms.org to arrange return shipping of damaged kits.

We make every effort possible to ensure all kits are complete and contain all parts before shipping. We also make every effort possible to describe the list of parts included in each kit for sale on our website. Please keep in mind, the components in our kits are subject to change based on part availability and the current generation/revision of the kit. If your kit is incomplete, please contact info@windowfarms.org and describe what is missing. Once verified by Windowfarms, we will ship you the missing part(s) free of charge.
