The windowfarms project is a mass collaboration of ordinary citizens to solve environmental problems through shared research, experimentation, and ongoing design innovations. It all happens on our community social network website! See other people's windowfarms and their design innovations, ask questions, comment, contribute your innovations by making new posts on this blog-format community site.
To participate, first get familiar with the conversation by browsing our.windowfarm.org's content by clicking on recent posts, tags in the tag cloud, or category topics. Once your register on the site you can create a new post like Michael's where you talk about your plans and share any questions or concerns with the community.
Create new posts from the "My blogs" drop-down bar at the top to start a discussion such as the pros and cons of using water bottles. You can also post pictures of your windowfarm once its up, highlighting any decorations or improvements you made and discussing problems you ran into. All of the content on this site is covered by a creative commons license, meaning that we can all share ideas and continue to use and build on one another's designs for non-commercial use.
